Senior Facilities Technician
Current Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance and repair require on Chiller, Air handling unit, compressor, boiler, water treatment and Electrical systems, troubleshoot motors, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications, Water Treatment, RO, Softeners and sanitization D.I. Water and treatment of processes waste water. Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders. Manage preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance and schedule PMs in INFOR and other related programs to avoid uncontrolled down time. Sustain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions and irregularities. Upholding SOP, among other procedures. Control Budget, place order in SAP, supervise multiple project.
