Over 20 years of experience in the Construction Industry in aspects of high-rise building, bridge and roadway construction, sand and gravel mining and ready mix plant operations and site preparation and utility placement. I have expert knowledge in construction, roadway and township special inspections, project management, materials laboratory operations and supervision. Currently I am the Radiation Safety Officer, Training Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager and Senior ICC Special Inspector for CMT Services Group. Assisting project managers and the inspection team with daily field and office operations of projects. Inspect sub-contractors work under special inspection criteria on projects such as reinforcing steel, fireproofing, soils, concrete, floor flatness, roofing, EFIS and thermal analysis of concrete. Ability to work under high pressure environments, multi-task, time management, well organized documentation of project inspections, detailed punch list items, self motivated, clear communication between contractors, superintendents and vendors, team oriented and decision making skills, always open to learning. As a Radiation Safety Officer, I am responsible for the maintence, security, transportation and training of personnel under the Nuclear Regulatory regulations and affiliated government agencies such as the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Bureau of Radiation.As the Training Coordinator for CMT Services Group, my responsibilities have been to coordinate and establish a special inspection-training program under ICC’s Special Inspections category from the creation of training materials, personnel training and scheduling of exams with a high success rate.
