 Organized and supervised weekly meetings with US and global sites of manufacturing engineers, along with weekly meetings with Mexico manufacturing engineers for proper status monitoring and updates for required manufacturing tasks on all NPI projects Established new process for Fiber optic portfolio and demonstrated strong MPO and single fiber experience Spearheaded the smooth release of products within the global platform of China, Mexico, India, and Brno through close collaboration with the project’s design engineers for manufacturability
