Prepare and organize crane activities of lifts consisting of 7.5 tons and above. Supervised and directed all turbine maintenance, repair and retrofit activities on a 118 unit, 283 megawatt-rated wind energy facility. 3/2011 - 6/2014: Supervise and direct all turbine maintenance, repair and retrofit activities on an 84 unit, 202 megawatt-rated wind energy facility. Oversee a team of technicians, subcontractors and field engineering support personnel that averages 26 personnel working 4800 hours monthly. Monitor and audit maintenance and repair activities to ensure safety procedures were followed and to ensure a high quality work product. Coordinate and conduct safety and technical training and acted as the site safety officer for turbine operations.Construction: Monitored construction activities on an 84 unit, 202 megawatt-rated wind energy facility. Worked closely with the owner and BOP contractor in providing technical advice to maintain high production and quality assembly. Managed the pre-commissioning, final commissioning activities and procured the tools and equipment necessary for timely completion as scheduled. Of note, commissioning was successfully completed by end of year 2012 to comply with the customers’ project guidelines to receive the federal tax credit. -
