As a Director of Communications, I've led the creation and implementation of communication strategies for internal and external channels, coordinating events that supported the organizational culture and brand awareness. I also developed and created corporate content, using my creative skills in design, editing images, video, and audio.I have a Bachelor's in Communication Sciences with a focus on Multimedia from Universidad Regional del Norte. I have also obtained multiple certifications in digital marketing, project management, and labor relations. I have experience in mass media, radio and television, human resources, and social responsibility, which have enabled me to develop skills in strategic planning, continuous improvement, analysis, and sense of urgency.I have a strong interest in people and I always try to put myself out there and look for opportunities that help me grow both professionally and personally. I have contributed to the implementation of the LGBTQ+ pillar for Latin America as part of the Inclusion and Diversity program at Honeywell, where I was a Sr. Communications Specialist. I have also reduced the number of daily emails by 80% by introducing new communication tools. My strengths lie in my communication skills, being an open-minded person with a big smile on my face.
