Skilled youth worker with over 4 years of experience using the Afro-Brazilian art of Capoeira Angola to develop positive socio-behavioral outcomes in Children-At-Risk both locally and internationally. Has worked with hundreds of vulnerable young people from the ages of 2 to 18 years with partners in the non-profit and community settings and in government centers for children in the Philippines, Malaysia, Brazil and Australia. First Treinel of Capoeira Angola to be confirmed in the Philippines with over 13 years of experience practicing the art form in different parts of the world including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, France and Brazil. Has been leading ECAMAR Philippines – the country’s only school of Capoeira Angola – for the last 8 years.
