I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Personal Trainer. I graduated from Northwestern in 2012 and since have worked in every setting of Physical Therapy all over the country from the East Coast of Florida to Waikiki, HI.I have used my diverse experience to start my own company and focus on something I am passionate about. I am a former multi-sport athlete, and I am very passionate about decreasing risk for injury in the young athlete. The number of sports related injuries continues to go up annually. There are currently more than 250,000 sports injuries documented per year, 70% of these injuries are non-contact meaning there is something mechanically off in the athlete. I am determined to decrease that number, and I am starting with the Vero Beach Volleyball team. I am the Physical Therapist and Personal trainer providing screens and treatments both pre-season and throughout their season. I work with a variety of other sports teams on the East Coast of Florida including but not limited to: Legacy Lacrosse, Vero Beach tumbling, Vero Elite and Vero Strength/Crossfit athletes.I am an inventor/entrepreneur and have two patent-pending physical therapy tools. One is for body alignment and trigger points the other treats lumbar and thoracic derangements.
