Here are 5 quick but important things that have shaped my professional life. 1. Co-founded INNCOM in 2008, an innovation consulting firm. I had the opportunity of working on more than 100 projects in multiple countries helping clients (companies, governments) build their innovation roadmaps and portfolios. 2. Co-founded Nanomateriales (now Nanoqem) in 2013. Nanomateriales was acquired in 2018 by Xignux, a large Mexican conglomerate. Nanoqem is now the largest nanotechnology company in LATAM. 3. In 2018 I jumped into the corporate world to become Transformation Director at TV Azteca where I had the responsibility of overseeing and materializing a +100 MUSD cost reduction portfolio. 4. Right now I am responsible for finding and consolidating new revenue streams for TV Azteca. I am also principal at our MFE (media for equity) fund where we invest up to 10 MUSD of our media inventory in medium-sized companies to accelerate their growth. 5. I recently co-founded a company that helps medium and big companies identify and implement cost reduction initiatives (www.intellegic.com). I want to help companies become extremely cost efficient without sacrificing their long-term strategy or ability to sustain growth. I am always happy to meet new people and hearing new perspectives.
