Recruiting and Admissions of Executive and Professional Degree Programs• Responsible for the planning, advertising, promotion and recruitment of qualified candidates for degree programs including EMBA, PMBA, PMSM, and PMRE• Managerial responsibility for all operational support components of degree programs including timely delivery of textbooks, courseware, classroom allocation, technical support, downtown campus parking expense control, and student support services. Overall responsibility for degree program operations which include managing all enrollment, academic course assignments, and class scheduling with Faculty, Registrar’s Office, student employers, and Department Chairs. Supervises the preparation, submittal, collections and tracking of all tuition course payments and accounts receivables for students• Responsible for the overall budget and financial planning of the degree programs. Responsible for expense control, budgetary reliability and short-term forecasting during annual budget cycle. Provide monthly expenditure reports to Academic Director and/or Dean

Design and develop sales and marketing initiatives for entrepreneurial venture focused on graduate school magazines and online recruiting tools.• Secured 150,000 circulation for MBA Jungle magazine at over 300 graduate business schools worldwide; and 80,000 circulation for JD Jungle magazine at 100 law schools nationwide.• Successfully sold various recruiting services to graduate career centers; including web design, custom e-newsletters, and market research.
