Develops, plans and implements goals and objectives for the operations and maintenance department; prepares and administers internal policies and procedures relating to departmental program activities; interprets and explains applicable rules and regulations to supervisors and others. Directs, oversees and participates in the departmental program work plan; assigns work activities, operations and maintenance projects and programs; monitors work flow and project status; reviews and evaluates work products, methods and procedures; implements needed work process and automation improvements, and methods for improving customer service. Studies and recommends procedures and practices to improve operational efficiency; evaluates alternatives for performing needed work including by contracting out services; attends project review meetings to evaluate progress of ongoing construction or maintenance activitiesCoordinates departmental activities with other departments and divisions; provides responsible advice and counsel to the Engineering Director and/or General Manager, and department and division managers on a variety of maintenance issues; oversees the maintenance of departmental records and files.

Responsible for running complex program of IV Filters for Millipore Company and projects related to this program.In charge of the designing and developing the project for Ultra-pure water dispensing system from installation till the production after 1 year validation process.Make different risk management strategies plan; set project goals and milestones in order to accomplish succesfull program. Define requirements, resources, schedule and make targets accordingly to the implementation of the programs.Detect and solve project issues effectively, conflict situation, implement escalation process to avoid unnecessary delay in the milestones.Supervise the project engineering team and managing conflicts within the different department, frequently perform team assessment and evaluate them.Recognize areas for internal improvement and developing plans for implementing them, make sure all the measures comply with company standards and procedures
