Worked as a project engineer in VCH Founders, VCH Front Yard, VCH Infrastructure, & The Crossroads Village projects.

Worked with two clients: Apartment Syndicator and a Landscaping Contractor. I created and managed their social media marketing strategy. This included creating marketing plans, creating their websites, managing their websites, SEO, creating their social media accounts, creating content, managing their social media accounts, and creating/managing their podcast strategy.

Helped the project team with the closeout phase of the Clovis Community Medical Center. My responsibilities included reviewing trade partner pay applications, processing change orders, compiling closeout packages, and creating the project punch list.

Used construction software to manage and amend construction documents, review and log submittals, log and post RFIs, log and post ASIs, log and distribute IRs, attend project meetings, and maintain the meeting minutes for the construction of two classroom buildings.

Traveled from project to project to ensure material quantities delivered were accurate, coordinated trade partners, QC & QA projects, and managed inspections.

My responsibilities while on site were to QC & QA all developments, schedule and track city inspections, update the construction schedule on a weekly basis, and communicate with the trade partners on a daily basis for coordination purposes. While in the office I had to review construction start packages, process change orders, process back charges, review subcontractor contracts, and maintain a filing system
