First and foremost I am a personal trainer and strength coach working with clients of varying abilities developing programming based on each individual's goals and capabilities. I am responsible for developing my own marketing strategies and materials as well.As the department head I am also in charge of many administration duties such as registering members and contacting potential clientele. I am also a part of the team that develops programming and promotional ideas for the gym.
