Office Manager at Szott M59 Chrysler Jeep since 2004. I am trained On ADP and CDK systems. A portion of my current responsibilities consist of Payroll/ HR, accounts payable receivable, much accounting dealing with balancing of credits and debits. Posting of weekly and monthly profitable/expense statements from outside financial companies and my favorite of the morning bank reconcile. Prior to office management I was the coster/title clerk for the dealership dealing with new/used/wholesale vehicles and figuring out the profits and commissions for each. Talking with auctions and financial companies to help get sales funded, and dealing with the Secretary of State to help correct titles, registrations, title transfers etc. I also have the history of Accounts Payable/Receivable. This portion of the job consists of posting purchase orders for our parts, service and body shop departments, generating checks for monthly services and orders made from other vendors and Collecting money from outside companies on a monthly basis. At the beginning I was brought in as a cashier which educated me in the finalizing of service, body shop, and parts repair and purchase orders. I would collect money for the work or parts that had been completed and/or purchased. Get signatures for monies collected and finalize the paperwork for the next mornings accounting and booking in vehicles into inventory for prep work to be completed for sale.
