I have a passion for making a difference, whether that be helping a child rebuild strength after surgical intervention or researching the best clinical outcome measure and collating the data for effective use. I thrive on the ability to problem solve/troubleshoot to produce effective, thorough and comprehensive solutions.The greatest compliment I ever got at work was that a colleague said I was ‘the gold standard of how to do the job properly'. I’m best known for being proactive and retaining information amongst my co-workers. I am very ambitious; I am always striving to learn new things and develop/enhance my skills, and because of this, if you want to get something done, you come to me – everyone knows that! I enjoy cooperating activities and hobbies into my personal life which subsequently make me more versatile in my job. I will do my utmost to help others and help them see/reach their true potential as I strongly believe that effective communication and teamwork are the foundations of workplace successes.
