14+ years of dental assisting experience working with numerous dentists. Very capable at performing chair-side, four handed dental assisting in all phases of clinical dentistry, including restorative, periodontic, endodontic and other routine surgical dental services. My duties typically include greeting patients upon arrival, directing them to the proper department. I prepare and arrange all instruments required for each treatment procedure; prepare patient to receive care; and maintain room in a clean and functional condition utilizing the OSHA guidelines. I am proficient at taking radiographs utilizing various types of dental X-ray equipment. X-ray certified in NC, 2007.
