- Perform technical service for food analysis instrument customers, as instructed by manufacturers in Denmark, Japan and the United States.

- Maintain optimal relationships with customers in Canada, the United States, Mexico and Colombia, addressing their requirements in a timely and professional manner.

- Support the sales team, by delivering training sessions to potential customers, about the installation and use of MS Windows, and MS Office.
