Devised methodology and facilitated data collection, analysis, and reporting on a quality improvement project to improve women’s health care through a systems-change approach at four community health centers as part of a learning collaborative initiative.

Developed an implementation strategy and impact metrics for an integrated primary care weight management program for patients who are obese using a patient-centered design approach. Resulted in a financially self-sustaining model and significant results in health outcomes.
