I am currently leading the M&A / JV effort to expand RBI's presence in distribution. In relation to this, I am also leading the effort to modernize business processes and improve operations in preparation for this expansion.

I was the Product Manager for the i-CAT product line, a world leader in the 3D dental imaging space with revenue of ~$60M .

I was a part of DuPont’s Management Leadership Development Program, a post-MBA rotational program designed to develop the company’s next-generation leaders. Since having started my first rotation in August 2014, I have been leading growth programs and other significant projects in the Nomex® Energy Solutions segment. For one project, I led a global cross-functional team to commercialize a cellulose-aramid insulation paper ($20M project) by working closely with the Applications Development experts, along with Marketing and Sales, to validate value propositions while leveraging the different learnings from the various regions. Concurrently, I collaborated with the Technical, Production, and Quality teams to set standard processes for new variants and to reduce defects of existing products. I then worked with Supply Chain to ensure the right level of inventory and samples in the regions.I also developed a market-entry strategy for the fast-growing $50M North American "Natural Ester Dielectric Fluid" space, which resulted from VOC collection/interviews with customers, end users, standards bodies, trade/manufacturing associations, and other DuPont business units. Additionally, I designed the lead flow process (involving Salesforce and Eloqua) that will allow DuPont to nurture its Marketing Automation leads as they flow through the sales funnel. Approximately $100M in sales will pass through this system by 2020. I also led the back-end integration of the $300M segment’s global rebranding effort.

As an MBA Summer Intern working with the Aveeno brand, I was tasked with developing a strategy to grow Body Wash sales by 11% CAGR as part of Aveeno’s overall goal of becoming a $1B brand by 2020. I worked with cross-functional teams and collaborated heavily with the R&D group to develop an innovation-based strategy that will result in doubling Aveeno Body Wash sales from $50M to $100M by 2020.

As Marketing Director at Century Battery, the largest automotive battery brand in Malaysia, I was responsible for the $1.5M Marketing budget and all Marketing activities. At the time I joined, Century had just recently been acquired. I was heavily involved with revamping the business strategy, which included overhauling the product portfolio, sales strategy, and inventory policy. I also worked closely with Market Research Agencies to track the brand’s health and redefine the Marketing Mix. One of my big accomplishments was conceiving and launching the first extended-warranty battery in Malaysia, which contributed to 28% of total sales revenue or $7M within six months. This set a new industry standard for battery warranties in Malaysia.

I was part of a Supply Chain and Operations Leadership Development Program at KFC. I was exposed to the operations at the chicken farms and processing plants before working at the store level. I served as a crew member to learn best practices before managing a store and implementing best practices in order taking and food preparation. This effort led to a turn-around of one of the stores, including a 25% increase in productivity.
