CurrentGrew from an entry-level analyst to become an integral, mid-level member of Cadmus’ growing International Environment and Development team through multiple promotions with increasing responsibilities.USAID Policy and Regulatory Reform for Resilience Activity (PROSE)•Program Manager for the USAID PROSE Activity, focused on advancing comprehensive disaster Management (CDM) and Climate Resilience across 11 countries in the Eastern and Southern Caribbean (ESC) Region.USAID Global Environmental Management Support II (GEMS II)/Environmental Compliance Support (ECOS)/Environmental and Social Safeguards (ES3) Contracts•Successfully manage numerous, often overlapping projects in US Agency for International Development (USAID)-funded technical support under the USAID Environmental Compliance Support (ECOS) and Global Environmental Management Support (GEMS II) contracts across various task areas: Conservation and Biodiversity, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Climate Risk Management (CRM), Training, and Client “Backstopping”. •Guide the strategic direction of Cadmus’ International Development practice through identification and subsequent mentoring/supervision of new hires, and contributing to business development strategy and proposal development.•Develop SOPs, training materials, strategic communication, and guidance documents to institutionalize and operationalize environmental and climate policy and requirements across USAID.•Serve as project manager and technical expert for EIA, CRM, Climate Vulnerability Assessments, and Tropical Forest and Biodiversity Analyses for USAID projects. •Conduct and analyze hundreds of stakeholder consultations (with NGOs, civil society, private sector, government officials, and community members) on environmental and climate topics through field work exercises completed in Uganda, Ethiopia, Rwanda, and Burundi.
