I initiated the loan process, underwrote the loan, offer solutions to the client, close the loan, fund the loan, file the loan, then collect the loan, if necessary. I worked with attorneys for collecting, bankruptcy hearing, foreclosures, and purchase deals. I learned the best way to collect on loans is to understand your clients financial situation and then work with them to ensure they can pay back the loan without damaging their credit or financial standings. If you properly educated your customers on lending and understand their obstacles and struggles, your client will be more successful in the payback process and trust that you are not putting any financial strains on them that they will not be able to pay back in the future.

I assisted the President by taking loan applications, pulling credit bureaus, processing the loan applications, typing the loan documents, and filing the paper after closing. I also answered a multi line telephone and directed telephone calls for the staff. I handled all the loan payments and identified opportunities to increase a current loan.
