Manage and communicate all retail marketing projects and initiatives across all brands; to meet and exceed sales, profit and strategic goals.• Responsible for all digital product content creation and management on Amazon.com, Menards.com, Homedepot.com and Homedepot.ca• Facilitate all digital content for two of our retail brands on idealdoorgaragedoors.com and holmesgaragedoors.com• Knowledgeable in data management systems including Item Data Management (IDM), Amazon Vendor Central and Article Information Management (AIM)• Manage, develop and execute point-of sale materials, print and electronic collateral, promotions, advertising and packaging for all Retail channels.• Manage new product/improvement introductions within the retail channels including collateral development, communication strategy, and merchandising• Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement winning channel marketing plans to meet business objectives, grow market share and improve profitability• Understand target audience(s) key needs / desires and purchase behaviors• Work closely with Product Managers to support ongoing priorities and projects within retail channels.• Work closely with Product Manager to help evaluate retail product assortments and make recommendations based on strategic direction, meetings with customers and evaluation of competitors.• Facilitate and develop presentation material to support the Retail Sales team• Develop and manage marketing expense budgets exceeding $2MM• Manage/coordinate retail displays and associated door samples, graphics and literature for all retail channels • Develop retail pricing and manage on line and off line price pages.• Coordinate Retail Channel seminars - including design, production and logistics.• Manage/coordinate fulfillment/mailing activities related to literature, price catalogs and Point-of-Purchase material for all retail channels• SKU maintenance and new item analysis/setups
