Give lectures to undergraduate students on topics related to business management, continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Management of a multidisciplinary team of 20 employees and a monthly invoicing of around 600.000€. Planning and control of the projects developed by the Engineering Department, start up of new projects and new product developments. Management of the internal and external logistics. Purchasing policies definition and negotiation with suppliers (4M€/year of raw material), also definition of stock policies. Usual relation with customers and suppliers. Responsible for the design and execution of Low and Medium Voltage electric projects. Civil works management to instal new facilities. Responsible to coordinate security of the personnel involved in the execution of the civil works. Constant relation with customers and with subcontracted companies in charge of executing the civil works.Achievements:- All facilities finished on time and without accidents.- Active participation in the design and execution of big projects including a new train station in Barcelona center for the high speed train.
