Experience and functions are based on DiaSorin technology (Liaison and Liaison XL). In charge of giving support to field service engineers with the most critical and difficult cases. Responsible for keeping the warehouse stock full properly, by analising the rotations of DiaSorin spare parts and importing the parts related. Accountable for modeling KPIs in order to analise the performance of DiaSorin installed instruments around the country. Responsible for updating technical information from provider and its implementation on field. In charge of escalating special cases to the provider looking to give solutions to customers.

Another role was to solve engineering problems presented at the moment with different clients in a short time. As an engineer, I designed some troubleshootings to improve maintenance times, made service reports and dealed with several kind of customers in different cities in Colombia.
