• Developed competition analysis (HHI indices) for pipeline companies seeking approval for market-based rate authority from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission; • Implemented statistical study of product turnover at regional tank farm as technical support for regulatory approval of market-based rates;

• Performed quality control checks over project expenses using SAS package including payroll totaling over $120,000 weekly; • Documented work processes and proposed indicators to analyze defects in production using Six Sigma approach;
