Two months after my initial start saw the implementation of our new ERP system 'Epicor' and my involvement in supporting the implementation and development of the requirements of the company alongside the COO. Achievements include: Maintaining the Financial maintenance of the EPICOR system, to enable full monthly reporting to be produced by the system after implementation, Background maintenance of the system to ensure correct reporting of expenses, and set ups to assist with data flow to correct general ledger accounts. Assisting in restructures, and distinguishing of banking facilities, and set up of new facilities. Training to staff for the newly implemented full factored Debtor Finance Facility. Reconciliations of historic debts, and arranging suitable payment plans. Initial recruitment, and training of staff (recruitment now handled by HR Manager) - performance reviews and KPI set up (assisted by HR Manager for formal processes). Manual Consolidations, and understanding of notable variances in G/L accounts for correction, more investigation and implementing correction, and initiating correct process to prevent same issue arising.
