- Washed, sorted, and cataloged excavated materials (8hrs/week)- Aided in the care and preservation of select artifacts (ceramics, lithics, bones, etc)

- Worked as a student employee in the Facilities Department at the Frank Porter Graham Student Union- Served as a point-of-contact, liaison, and problem-solver for students, staff, and guests who use the building for a university of 19,000+ students- Handled emergent and maintenance situations such as building evacuations, medical emergencies, fire alarms, etc. - Relayed critical building operations information to full-time staff and other departments within the Carolina Union

- Worked as a student employee in the Guest Services department at the Frank Porter Graham Student Union - Supported large-scale events in two major event venues, with attendance surpassing 600 guests- Coordinated welcome desk: provided in-person and phone customer service, answered questions regarding the Student Union and the greater UNC community, delivered mail, etc - Utilized critical thinking skills to provide quick solutions for resolution of problems
