Visit Saint Paul is the city's official convention & visitors bureau and our mission is to generate economic growth for Saint Paul by effectively marketing the RiverCentre campus, Saint Paul and the region as a preferred convention and tourism destination. Membership is open to all businesses who support this mission and are looking for the opportunity to connect with visitors, meeting planners and convention/event attendees.

• Develop creative and innovative ways for sponsors and partners to make impactful connections with The Beer Dabbler and Growler Magazine audiences• Design sponsorship sales materials, customized proposals and sponsor contracts • Build and maintain sponsor relationships and community partnerships along with ensuring complete fulfillment of contract deliverables and sponsorship activation• Recruit, schedule and manage volunteers for The Beer Dabbler• Edit The Growler Magazine• Inventory management for The Beer Dabbler retail store

• Researched, planned and managed programs including educational seminars, networking events, membership services and Grand Avenue marketing• Produced public events with attendance from 10,000 to 250,000+, including Grand Old Day, Paws on Grand, Boo Bash and Grand Meander --- Coordinated fundraising, community relations, budget, vendor relations, security, booking entertainment, marketing, layout and logistics, volunteer management, media relations, and permits.• Developed and updated internal and external communication including event participation forms, sponsorship proposals, promotional materials and presentations, newsletter, website and electronic communications• Built relationships and provided member support to over 175 businesses

• Instrumental in establishing and maintaining communication with students, mentors, adjunct faculty, other members of the MCAD community, and prospective students• Coordinated Graduate Student Orientation, exhibition receptions, MFA Reviews, and recruiting events• Managed purchases, petty cash, honorariums, travel expenditures and travel arrangements• Participated in planning and implementation of program policies

• Assisted nationally known artist/designer in marketing, sales, and production of custom artwork• Implemented artist’s designs through all stages of fabrication and managed production of projects ranging from individual commissions to 20,000 piece orders• Formulated and carried out innovative ideas for customer outreach, including the Holiday Open House• Participated in brainstorming sessions and played integral role in developing creative solutions to design issues
