• Employed patch clamping technique via TEVC to investigate GIRK1/2 basal and ACh-induced currents in Xenopus oocytes, focusing on Potassium ions.• Conducted mammalian cell culture on HEK-293E cells, examining the impact of Gi/Gq signalling on Dq and AR2 receptors and assessing responses through ionomycin-induced fluorescence using confocal fluorescence microscopy.

•Optimized the DNA/RNA extraction and tested clean-up procedure for two liver target samples from the mouse and NHP (Non-human Primate) samples through cutting-edge procedures, including NanoDrop, Quant-it, Qubit, RT-ddPCR to assess the purity and quantity of the DNA and RNA samples resulting in a substantial 200% augmentation in RNA extraction quality.•Quantified the exact percentage of hepatocyte present in the mouse liver by injecting the GFP-LNPs and quantifying the targeting Lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) to the liver cell population using flow cytometry (FlowJo).•Conducted in-vivo experiments on 50+ mice subjects involving IP and IV administration of LNPs, followed by the assessment of subjects' weight and humane euthanization using CO2 inhalation and Cervical Dislocation along with the liver dissection and surgery.
