I am currently one of the lead designers in a multi-year project in which we are working to merge and improve different internal tools for Microsoft that millions of employees use every day. I worked with 5 different product teams to gather business requirements,and build user scenarios to improve and restructure workflows into one tool, all while maintaining a common UX and component library. I regularly present designs to stakeholders, incorporated feedback, and lead meetings with the offshore India development team to communicate designs to engineering in order to launch the product.

I led several projects involving internal cross-departmental SharePoint intranet tools for Companies (Pokémon, Planned Parenthood), Colleges (Bellevue College), and Credit Unions (Corning Credit Union). I handled each project from requirements gathering all the way to Hi-Fi mock-ups, redline specifications and engineering handoffs.Maintained a good bond and emphatic satisfaction with clients resulting in two more contracts for my company.

I took part in various components of the user experience process, primarily in information architecture, and client interaction. Did web design work for Kaiser Permenente, Microsoft, and various other companies and nonprofits.

Primary tasks are to answer CSE helpdesk questions and provide technical support to all CSE dept. Faculty, Staff and Students. Daily tasks also involve building\deploying Windows PC’s, printer maintenance, managing loaner equipment, troubleshooting minor software, hardware, and networkingproblems.

Worked in a team of five students to analyze Conceivian's start-up creation system.Researched naturopathic medicine user market, developed personas and use-cases, and provided a feasibility statement resulting in the informed decision of a website database venture.

Coded Java for reporting program that extracted data from their SQL databases resulting in increased data mapping accuracy and presentability of database information on their GUI.

Student Ambassadors provide educational services to underrepresented and underserved communities through organizing campus visits and student Q&A panels that help them understand the steps for getting into college.
