I filled two roles during my time here, moving between two complimentary areas within the Online Retail Sales department which exposed me to the new experiences of order processing, retail order fulfilment, stock management, packaging and dispatching.I was also responsible for maintaining and updating the front end of an online store by photographing, editing and uploading new fashion items to the webstore, ensuring the images and descriptions were accurate and could be easily navigated by customers.A large percentage of my time was often spent either editing the photographs of new stock items or printing and preparing online order forms to be processed by floor staff then subsequently ensuring customer enquiries received through the online store were addressed and responded to promptly.
