I am a Ritz Carlton trained results-driven customer service connoisseur. I love all aspects of it, from working face to face in a luxury hotel, or over the phone from a call center. I am accustomed to high-stress and time-sensitive working conditions that rely on efficient time management and multi-tasking abilities.My skills are not limited to customer service, although it is a specialty of mine. I have been a leader in several capacities but have no problem working on a team. I have the ability to adapt and successfully handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while keeping the mission of the organization. I have done a variety of tourism-related work from hotel Concierge to Group Sales Manager for a tourist railroad and Director of Operations for a tour operator in the Southwest as well as hotel management.
