I joined Deloitte´s energy and infrastructure industry group in the M&A area in 2014. I became principal associated in 2020. During my professional career, I’ve worked as manager in Ramón y Cajal Abogados. My major clients are international Private Equity Funds and IBEX-35 Spanish Companies. The following are amongst my major projects: -Due diligence reviews of companies in Spain.-Tax structuring advice on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, including financing of transactions and restructuring and refinancing of acquired companies.-Reviewing of financial models.-Review of sale and purchase agreements, both for private equity and industrial clients. I have a degree in Economics from Universidad de Alcalá de Henares, a Master’s Degree in Tax from ICADE.I am co-author of the books entitled “Hidrógeno”, “Memento de Transacciones”, and “Jurisprudencia tributaria practica”, and lecturer on the Master's Programme in Tax at Garrigues.
