As the lead Partner of Victory Search Group’s nonprofit practice, professional coach, and Founder of CCC Leadership, my work is dedicated to increasing the impact of nonprofits through their leaders.Over 12 years of experience in fund development, program management, and enterprise leadership in the nonprofit sector across Texas has given me the opportunity to collaborate with over 200 organizations. My work at The Commit! Partnership and Children at Risk fostered my passion for growing programs from the ground up. With those organizations, I launched new initiatives, created teams, and cultivated impactful partnerships. Throughout my entire career, I’ve enjoyed the benefit of collaborating with influential leaders. Now, I use my experience to energize programs, organizations, and leaders. Today I lead the nonprofit practice for Victory Search Group, and manage searches for high caliber executive talent. We collaborate with organizations who are committed to creating lasting, systematic impact. Then, we match focused, effective leaders to opportunities that allow them to make the most meaningful impact. My professional coaching clients are nonprofit leaders who embrace ways to lead authentically, accomplish more with less energy, perform at their peak levels, love their work, and share their true gifts with their teams, family, and community. Finally, when I found a gap in leadership development programs for women in nonprofits and education, I launched CCC Leadership. With a focus on clarity, confidence, and community, we have worked with women in these sectors to strengthen their leadership abilities, support purposeful decision-making, and provide tools to help them lead with greater influence. In all of my work, my goal is to bring, support, and grow great leadership in the nonprofit sector. With intentional, effective leaders, our nonprofits are empowered to make meaningful, lasting, and scaled impact for our community.
