- Developed, implemented and maintains a $1.7 million operational budget for residential services including In-Home Supports, Supportive Living and Group Homes within Central New Jersey- Worked with Division of Disability Services (DDS) to create the first model of delegated nursing in the disabilities community.- Assures Best Practice requirements are followed to include, but are not limited to staffing schedules within budget requirements, individuals’ personal budgets, transportation/auto fleet requirements, progress of IHP goals and objectives, monthly reports and assessment of individual’s abilities and training needs- Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate Residential staff in their completion personal care of daily activity logs, goal charts, Medication Administration Records (MAR), Unusual Incident Reports (UIR’s) and other assigned paperwork- Manages a support staff of 54, who provide personal care and completion of daily living activities for individuals served by the program as outlined in the Individualized Habilitation Plan (IHP) for 3 residential programs

Ewing, New Jersey

- Managed day-to-day operations of all employment services, including but not limited to Individualized Service Plans (ISP’s), consumer assessments, training, and support services to individuals with developmental delays, Traumatic Brain Injury, Autism Spectrum Disorder, psychological disorders, and those living with multiple disabilities in order to obtain employment matching their abilities, needs and interests- Led Commission of Accreditation for Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) team to a 3-year accreditation, which is an indicator of quality administration and vocational services- Developed the agency’s first three Adult Training Individualized Day (ATID) program’s, resulting in a $90K expansion- Recruited, trained, supervised and evaluated 10 Vocational staff across the state to a break even budget and a growth of $150K- Developed and maintained working relationships with funding source officials including the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) and Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), Directors of other programs, and other professionals providing direct and indirect services for consumers served in employment programs- Oversaw the administration of consumer job placement reporting to DDD/DVR

- Provides Case Management Services in the form of 780 services and encounters, 150 referrals, and 120 linkages to at least 50 unduplicated clients - Point of Contact for HIV Case Management in Salem Co (NJ); manages services for 30 clients- Regularly monitors Lab Tracker/CAREWare systems for data accuracy; ensures data was available for required reports and grant fulfillment requirements - Links clients with social service agencies; ensures clients received benefits they are entitled to- Familiar with various Patient Assistance Programs, the AIDS Drug Distribution Program, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, Medicaid, Medicare, and other public benefits

- Assessed developmentally delayed/Traumatic Brain Injury individuals to obtain employment matching their abilities, needs, and interests - Provided one-on-one training, monitoring and support to 40 special needs individuals, their co-workers and supervisors; ensured long-term success in a competitive work environment- Provided long-term support to strengthen and maintain physical, emotional, and social skills

- Determined AT needs and goals for state-wide Special Needs consumer base including computer access, augmentative communication, accessibility/mobility, & accessories for daily living- Provided consumers with Information and Referral Services for services and funding based on individual needs assessment- Performed comprehensive consumer intake to determine appropriate staff resources, then assign and monitor cases from inception, through the evaluation process, until completion- Managed Access database to accurately track consumer progress and compliance
