Following are some of the highlights of my career:☛ Retained data security by de-provisioning Epic access for terminated providers, end users, and project team members. ☛ Extracted data relevant to multiple master files by executing chronicle searches / subsets and preparing reports; resulted in successful Epic implementation in seven of Novant’s hospitals.☛ Moved all new Epic build, including linkable templates, user roles, sub-templates, and employee records to the production environment along with recording all data courier epic build on the Build Tracker for auditing and future references. ☛ Enabled seamless connection and communication by deploying, assembling, configuring monitors, computers, network infrastructure, and peripherals, including printers, scanners, and hardware as well as rewired cables for new installations and reconfiguration.I possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills; proven aptitude to deliver exceptional services to customers in line with needs.
