Chinese Community Manager(Contract)
Contract position with Super Evil Mega Corp as Chinese Community Manager for Vainglory, the MOBA game on tablets and mobile devices. Responsibilities includes:-Translation: proof-read Chinese translations by third party agency, translate and share in game content on social media.-Community Management: managing android community, responding and escalating player questions and concerns. Summarize player feedback and suggestions in weekly report. Moderate official and organize player admins to manage the Facebook player community. Written guides and form relationship with key community members including streamers, guild leaders and community admins.-Social Media: Manage Chinese language twitter and facebook account, localize official tweet and interact with players. Promote official events in facebook page, groups and line and band app groups. Organize off-line player gathering in HK.
