As an inaugural member of Hatteras' Solutions team, we simply always find a way to get it done. Though the statement seems ambiguous, we are the doers behind every convergence of print and technology. I am the face of our online ordering applications. To our customer, I build, maintain and support their platform for ordering print and inventoried material in B2B, and less often, direct-to-consumer environments. To our internal team, I synchronize outputs to the digital press and warehouse team so orders can be seamlessly fulfilled. It is a technical role interwoven with customer service.My truest value as a leader on this team is in solving problems (after all, we're the Solutions Team). I excel when challenged and love to brainstorm, strategize, troubleshoot and deliver.

I build and execute web surveys in coordination with direct mail marketing to allow responses of targeted recipients to be captured online.

Outwardly, I execute email campaigns that drive traffic to a personalized landing page or microsite. Behind the scenes, I maintain and manage customer data to allow for accurate project personalization.

I utilize marketing data to design, develop and deploy 1-to-1 email and online survey campaigns.

I act as the primary contact for major pharmaceutical clients, assisting in the estimating and production of print projects.
