- Partnering with our vendor Metrics That Matter, we administer assessments after each training event, scoring participants' ability to enable learning outcomes, synthesizing key metrics that help determine our programs.
- Utilize emerging technologies to provide key differentiators in our training programs. Our training and development plans have integrated AI coaching to provide actionable strategies toward improved communication.
- Executed over 200 development training events for our internal corporate and sales teams; developed content to nurture leadership development and goal setting, as well as skills training including account management.
