Current• Responsible for managing and cultivating relationships within my multi-state geography, collaborating across senior leadership, field sales staff and internal corporate teams to identify and propose new technical skilling programs to nurture seller success and optimize performance. In partnership with Account Managers, responsible for $1M annually in sales of our training services and internal programs like our Truterra business.• Develop and execute our inaugural Center for Management Excellence program, a holistic development cohort of frontline sales and operations managers, seeking to increase sales success amongst teams and building relationships with our internal and external stakeholders.• Partnering with our vendor Metrics That Matter, we administer assessments after each training event, scoring participants' ability to enable learning outcomes, synthesizing key metrics that help determine our programs ROI, as well as surfacing gaps and unmet needs. We utilize most often insights including net promotor scores, scrap and estimated performance improvement.• Utilize emerging technologies to provide key differentiators in our training programs. Our training and development plans have integrated AI coaching to provide actionable strategies toward improved communication skills amongst sales teams, building confidence during customer interactions.• Executed over 200 development training events for our internal corporate and sales teams; developed content to nurture leadership development and goal setting, as well as skills training including account management, marketing and customer segmentation strategies.Develop, lead, and support initiatives and programming to optimize sales performance at the business unit and enterprise level, as well as for our retail owners.
