Screening, pitch, analysis and execution of M&A opportunities related with the group’s strategy in both sell- and buy-side operations.Preparing decision support tools, such as corporate economic-financial valuations and preliminary legal documentation amongst others, to support the execution of M&A deals.Creating institutional presentations to support the Portuguese board of directors’ reporting to the shareholders.Responsible for the recruiting process in the department and for contracting external advisors for due diligence purposes.

Experience in investment banking including investment opportunities’ analysis and advisory mandates across several sectors such as banking, cement, healthcare and telecom & media. Have participated in advisory mandates for operations involving corporate equity investment trading such as: privatizations, sales, mergers, corporate economic-financial valuations, impairments, fairness opinions and analysis of synergies associated with business combinations between companies.
