Founder of HPLE, a consulting firm focused on creating High Performance Learning Environments for educational institutions. Responsible for the planning, design, and development of insanely great learning environments that increase student performance. Experience leading planning, design, and construction efforts to develop student-centric facilities.

Served as Vice President and Bond Program Manager for large scale school construction initiatives. Primary responsibilities included the general day to day management, oversight and strategic implementation of more than 80 individual K12 projects, delivered under Lease/Leaseback, CM Multi-prime and Design-Bid-Build delivery methodology. Also responsible for the management of programing, design and construction of 9 LEED platinum projects. Duties regularly included reporting to district board of trustees, district management staff, citizens’ oversight committee, school sites and the community.

Managed all domestic marketing and branding efforts. Supervised the marketing department and developed various channel and consumer strategies in order to increase market share for the different product lines. Established yearly sales objectives and budgets for expenditures. Executed national promotions and provided technical support to regional sales reps. Was also directly responsible for the company’s two largest clients (Home Depot and Cemex).

Project Management Activities - Provided project coordination, constructability and value engineering services for various public works projects in Mexico.Business Development Activities - Worked with C-Suite team to establish strategic alliances with international engineering and construction companies.
