I began my career inspired by my father's entrepreneurial spirit, contributing to making Dinamica a leader in the distribution of parts for agricultural equipment in Brazil and abroad.With a degree in Business Administration from FAAP, I started early, at the age of 18, developing innovative products at FNI – Howard, a manufacturer of agricultural implements, such as the pioneering no-till planting machine, the Rotacaster.In the 2000s, I founded Drive Consultoria, focusing on business and people development. Together with other consultants, I created the Instituto Eco Social, integrating Anthroposophy into organizational development and attracting major companies such as Banco Real, Porto Seguro, and Fiat.In 2016, I co-founded the Brazilian branch of Walking the Talk, a UK-based cultural transformation consultancy, working with clients like Natura and Embraer. In 2017, I entered the medical cannabis sector as Country Manager for Canopy Growth, contributing to regulatory evolution with ANVISA.As VP of Business at OnixCann, I helped expand the company, serving over 35,000 patients and promoting education in medical cannabis. Since 2023, I have been leading Heluz and Nex Biopharma, focusing on high-quality Cannabis pharmaceutical products to improve patients' lives and support healthcare professionals.My commitment is to continue innovating in the health and wellness sector.
