My professional experience has taken me everywhere from the movies, major league baseball to my current position with an Arlington, Texas-based architectural firm, SBL Architecture (formerly Sterling Barnett Little, Inc.). SBL Architecture has been and is the PERFECT company for me to work for, and the perfect position for me to be in. I have been in my current position for 11 years, and I am the director of the marketing department. I love what I do, who I work for, and what they produce. SBL Architecture (SBL) is celebrating 24 years of shaping health care in Dallas-Fort Worth and beyond. From the firm’s beginning in 1994 as a two architect office to today’s staff of 26 housed at Globe Life Park in Arlington, SBL has kept a major focus on healthcare design. That focus has led to projects for almost every major healthcare provider in Dallas-Fort Worth and for clients as far away as New Jersey, Florida, California, Massachusetts, and New Mexico, etc. SBL has grown to include a full-service interior design group and excels in services such as master facility planning. The staff at SBL is talented and committed to meeting the needs of every client. The current staff consists of 11 registered architects, 7 architectural interns, 1 registered interior designer, and 2 interior design interns with 5 administrative support staff. SBL is visible at many healthcare-related conferences held by the Texas Hospital Association.
