• Ensure Global Infrastructure Operations (GIO) IT Capacity meets current and future business requirements in order to deliver excellence and meet or exceed expectations for both our internal and external customers.

• Own the submission process for the TeleCheck PMO projects.
• Facilitate the bi-weekly Champions meeting. The Champions are a decision making group of managers and directors with representation from all segments of First Datas ACH Services who offer input concerning the impact.
• Provide portfolio reports in order to support the Champions decision making.
• Educate the organization about the Champions process.
• Provide documentation as requested in order to assist in audits.
• Provide support to the Portfolio Manager by updating the information for the projects and attending the Executive meetings to take minutes of the meeting.

Resolve funding issues for merchants for which we received return credits due to banking issues. Identified non-bankable credits and forwarded them to billing to have them applied to the invoice.Processed transactions for items that were omitted due to processing errors.

Researched funding issues for the customers of our merchants. Helped to identify and provide authorization documentation for transactions and purchases.Researched funding issues for our merchants and provide reporting to the merchants to support any any activity to their bank account in order to resolve funding issues. These could be due to inaccurate data.

Handled inbound calls from check writers concerning activity on their account. Processed and forwarded any discrepancy to the appropriate department.

Responsible for the integrity of the Database for 129 accounting offices for Tenneco Gas Pipeline division.Ensured all transactions were in balance in order to process the monthly cutoffs.
