• Support the TeleCheck, eCommerce, and mCommerce Business Segment portfolios and their employees for project submission, project tracking, and Clarity support. • Liaison between these Business Segments and their IT support/counterparts. • Monitor the project close-out to ensure projects are closed in a timely manner after implementation. • Facillitate the BAU process for the Pre-paid Business Segment.• Own the documentation for Demand Management in Clarity for First Data's Retail and Alliances Services (RAS).

• Own the submission process for the TeleCheck PMO projects.• Facilitate the bi-weekly Champions meeting. The Champions are a decision making group of managers and directors with representation from all segments of First Datas ACH Services who offer input concerning the impact any new request that comes into PMO will have on their departments or processes. They identify showstoppers and request additional information from requesters before making a decision on what will be added to the portfolio for the smaller projects. They manage and own the smaller projects; less than 160 hours of IT development time.• Provide portfolio reports in order to support the Champions decision making.• Educate the organization about the Champions process.• Provide documentation as requested in order to assist in audits.• Provide support to the Portfolio Manager by updating the information for the projects and attending the Executive meetings to take minutes of the meeting.

Resolve funding issues for merchants for which we received return credits due to banking issues. Identified non-bankable credits and forwarded them to billing to have them applied to the invoice.Processed transactions for items that were omitted due to processing errors.
