As a member of the design and training division, I contribute editing and other skills to a variety of government contract work, including Medicare education and Medicare Secondary Payer projects. My job duties include editing, reviewing documents for 508 compliance, reviewing and and providing feedback on design files, and managing and updating the company Writing and Editing Guide.

I was responsible for editing educational and outreach materials created for a managed care entities, Medicaid beneficiaries, and others to promote Medicaid program integrity.

I helped people select candles and candle accessories. As a Seasonal Second Assistant Manager, I was in charge of helping run the store, including opening and closing, counting registers and the safe, and overseeing a part-time staff.

I worked on local news primarily writing about schools, churches, and neighborhoods. I also contributed general assignment stories, covering anything from Easter egg hunts to troop send-off ceremonies.

I was in charge of compiling real estate transfers and editing other items for public record. As part of that job, I supervised a staff of eight to 10 part-time employees as well as answer the phone. I also wrote features for special sections.

I worked at Hy-Vee both in Omaha and Norfolk, Neb. Before moving to the Customer Service Department, I did everything from bag groceries to stock shelves. Working in Customer Service, I handled customer comments, rented videos, answered phones, processed money orders and helped man a postal service express station.
