Led Lyft’s 2017 expansion initiatives - launching 125+ cities within first 3 months of the year, launching 40 full states in 2H of 2017, and led Lyft's first international expansion to Canada. Responsibilities included: market expansion, managing the team responsible for operations and P&L of Lyft's 200+ newest markets, cross-functional initiatives with product / growth to customize product for smaller markets, regulatory implementation, local marketing campaigns, and PR-related activities.

General Manager for 250+ Early Stage Lyft markets, accountable to P&L targets and driving balanced growth through day-to-day operational decisions on both the supply and demand side. Acquired ~25% of Lyft drivers and ~15% of Lyft passengers during my time in the role.Launched ~20 cities in 2016 as the owner of domestic launches.

Axial is an online network connecting private companies with access to capital and advisory services. As a member of the 6-person executive team, I ran the marketing department at Axial. In my ~2 years at Axial, the company grew from ~30 to ~100 employees and I grew my team from 2 to 10 direct reports. I was responsible for all aspects of marketing strategy and tactics including brand development and positioning, content production, website, events program, lead generation, email marketing, SEM/SEO, public relations, product marketing, and advertising.
