I am the CEO and co-founder of EDUCA Saúde Emocional. Together with psychologist Rossandro Klinjey, we help schools and families educate a more humanized generation.I have always enjoyed sharing my experiences, knowledge, and reflections. Currently, I travel across the country conducting workshops and giving talks to leaders and entrepreneurs about the importance of human skills in a technology-driven world.I also share my thoughts through writing. I am the author of the books "Empathy: Why Empathetic People Will Be the Leaders of the Future?", "Empathy Every Day," and "Dora: The Breed of Love."I graduated in Chemical Engineering from the Catholic University of Pernambuco. One day, I discovered that I preferred working with people rather than machines and laboratories, and I began my executive journey in sales and marketing.I completed my MBA in Business Management at the Federal University of Pernambuco and another MBA in Marketing at Fundação Getúlio Vargas.Over the past 25 years, I have accumulated experience in large multinational companies such as Ambev, Danone, and Pearson.
