In my role as International Business Development Manager I’m responsible of helping 3D TECH OMEGA ZETA to locate and propose projects with potential clients.3D TECH OMEGA ZETA is a company with specialisation in the production of 3D animations in the diverse fields of science and medicine.We have been developing a few products on the medical field. The two principals and my main role in each is: 1. A learning tool software for students, we have been developing this product for the past 12 months and my role was as a project manager, with this task:- I have been part of the strategy team. We have made a business plan, market research, sales channels detection and intention letter to collaborate and being part of the scientific committee and target product.- I had to create a organizational chart, assigning clear roles to each person.- Contracting mechanism profiles for Modelers and Animators.- Organizing and hiring part of the team.- Creating the workflow and make sure all team members where using it.- Identifying bottlenecks and find solutions.- Activating mechanisms for measuring and making measurements. 2.
