Support Banyan's position as a cause-driven, consulting agency by researching, identifying, qualifying, and developing new business in support of strategic business goals. My work includes leading proposals for a diverse portfolio of clients in the nonprofit, government (including local, state, and federal), and higher education sectors, both in the US and abroad. I lead the proposal development process start to finish, from surfacing new opportunities to managing briefings, leading strategy meetings with multi-disciplinary teams, writing and editing proposals, establishing processes and procedures to streamline the proposal development process. My work has led to tremendous growth over the past few years. For example, in FY20 I grew revenue by 34% over previous year, with 40% of contracts won being with new clients. In FY21, I drove revenue another 86%.
