Current• Operates as a senior technical writer with the ability to formalize comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards• Translates complex information into simple, polished, and engaging content into easy-to-understand language for internal and external clients • Gathers information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation• Produces and reviews customer-facing documents for 20+ clients; Delivers documents to clients with guaranteed satisfaction; Reviews 1500+ documents annually to ensure the accuracy of information; Oversees multiple deliverables with frequent deadlines while maintaining the integrity and quality of work • Creates presentations with tangible and historical data that are reviewed with the senior leader to assess team performance and identify improvement opportunities • Determines the best strategies for process improvement and documentation standards
