Create cuts for digital, features and streaming.

I troubleshoot software problems with students, drive management and organization. I also cut trailers for promotional events. The facility worked off of ISIS and other cloud based systems.

I worked on Season 2 Episode 9.I synced footage, pulled selects and created assemblies and rough cuts while working with the show runners to create the look they wanted. I also exported XML's and AAF's for sound and color to be completed and then completed the finishing needed to send off to YouTube.

I worked on two documentaries shorts for the Marine Biology Company. -Logging, syncing and transcribing 10 terabytes offootage with varied camera codecs-Creating string outs of different subjects and b-roll-Coordinating with the post production team

Daily responsibilities include client services and office duties, shadowing editors and assistants working on NEXUS and learning and practicing assistant editor techniques and workflow. Also learning more about the editorial process and industry as well as applying it to my own process.

In charge of over 20 editors editing 70+ video resumes for graduating students at Columbia College Chicago. Also responsible for prepping the video for sound and color correction as well as editing a handful of the interviews.

I organized fundraising opportunities and events for the non profit organization. I supervised groups of high school students from 5-40 people. I was in communication with other members of the Board of Directors and was in further contact with the international branch.

I received a promotion from my position at Gift of Life Los Angeles. I managed many aspects of planning a medical mission within the non-profit. I was in constant communication with my supervisors as well as many other branches within Gift of Life International.
